BSL Celebration are working in collaboration with the British Deaf Association to bring you our latest event. On Saturday 19th July, you are more than welcome to join us as BSL Celebration moves to Leeds for, “A Day of Celebration”.
For more details and a programme, subject to change, please take a look here. You are welcome to stay for as long as you’d like!
On the day there will be various activities including live BSL performances from Visual Vernacular (VV), poetry and more. Along with this there will be a guided tour of the museum so you can learn all about Leeds and its BSL history. If that wasn’t enough to whet your appetite, there will be stalls showcasing Deaf services and businesses.

The event will be hosted at City Square, Leeds, LS1 2EH. Overlooked by the Queens Hotel (the home of the BDA Conference), a stone’s throw from Leeds Railway Station and the main Trinity shopping centre. If you would like to go to the BDA Conference or Gala, more details can be found on their website.
